I have one empty corny keg left, so we may as well fill it and use them all. The second carboy of the Evil Twin was the best one to do, since the first half of the batch is gone. I kegged it up with 1.5 ounces of Centennial and 1.5 ounces of Cascade for the dry-hop. Gravity hadn’t dropped much, only down to 1.022 from 1.023 late last year. There is no space in either of the serving freezers to put it right now, but there should be an opening soon. I tapped the Sarah Hughes Dark Ruby Mild clone on Friday night and it was quite good. Colour is perfect and there’s not too much roast or dark malt character, as I thought there might after including so much malt.
