The last batch using the first culture of yeast after the move is our Alpha King clone, a nice hoppy pale ale that we’ve ramped up to an IPA.  OG is 1.062, and with a racking gravity of 1.011, this will be over 7% ABV.  Hops are Magnum, Chinook, and Cascade, at about 85 IBU.  Water treatment is quite different, with salt, gypsum and epsom salts in the mash, and only lactic acid in the sparge liquor.  Most of the treatment went into the boil, including salt, gypsum, and epsom salts.  The result was a very hoppy beer, with enough colour that the alkalinity of the water wasn’t a problem.
